You'll find people more knowledgable than me who might be able to say but it is different for everyone which is why it's worth trying slight different time periods. I think anywhere between 4-6 hrs after hitting the hay is the sweet spot (or a sweet spot). Maybe try a few and see if you can catch yourself after a dream period. Hopefully some others can confirm here. Good luck |

You'll have to experiment with the timing on your alarm since it's different for everyone. After about 4 hours you should be having a chance of waking up from a dream, thus remembering it more easy. After 8 hours of sleep I rarely wake up without remembering a nice, long dream. |

Okay! I woke up at like 4:30AM (Before my alarm; my alarm was set at 5AM) and I went to sleep like, I think I fell asleep around 12:40~ |

1. Change "I will" to "I am" or "I have" - present tense |
