      Recall goes down with Ginger Root

      So i noticed very bad dream recall when i drink a lot of ginger root tea. at the beginning i thought it is coincidence. everyone has a bad day of recall or maybe because most of the time i drink ginger root when i feel sick but now over several month and years i see a correlation between me drinking ginger root tea whole day long/before bedtime and very bad recall for dreams in following night.

      Did someone made similar experiences or maybe even opposite experiences?

      Haven't noticed this, but maybe because I don't drink that much ginger tea. It could be as you said that there are a combination of factors at work here - if you were generally more exhausted when you resorted to the tea...
