      Another Lucid!!!!

      Ok I'm going to have to dig for the thread i was reading, but someone suggested reciting song lyrics as you slept to keep your mind focused as she go to sleep. I can't do that without singing the song, so i just recited a few pages of a book i was reading. I did the same thing tonight and i got another lucid. I'm really liking this method.
