Meditation means to me a practice where you really dont practice at all trying what you dont have to try at finding your inner self and realizing that there is no need for frustration, hatred and anger as those are all underlying things not truly part of who we are. Meditation is you.

In my meditations i hope to reach a more peaceful mindset because i tend to let thoughts bother me way more then they ever should. Also to just be my true self i wana be as 100 percent me as i can and treat everyone that way and to not let anxiety overwhelm me and hinder me like it has in the past. o and to also make me a badass lucid dreamer lol.
