      brianaoa's meditation workbook

      Meditation means to me a practice where you really dont practice at all trying what you dont have to try at finding your inner self and realizing that there is no need for frustration, hatred and anger as those are all underlying things not truly part of who we are. Meditation is you.

      In my meditations i hope to reach a more peaceful mindset because i tend to let thoughts bother me way more then they ever should. Also to just be my true self i wana be as 100 percent me as i can and treat everyone that way and to not let anxiety overwhelm me and hinder me like it has in the past. o and to also make me a badass lucid dreamer lol.

      Brian, thanks for creating your workbook thread!

      Meditation does help you relax, take a step back from everything else and help to free you from your hatred and anger. I like the observation you made, that "meditation is you"! Meditation will also help you reach a more peaceful state of mind, and allow you to get away from your thoughts and realize that you don't need to let them overwhelm you.

      Thanks, I just enjoy sharing my knowledge with other people! I've been meditating for about 4 years in total now. Mostly it's been on and off, but I've started meditating a lot more over the past year or so.
