      I love Japanese movies...

I watched Kung Fu Panda... I liked how each character stayed in their own discipline(Mantis to Mantis style, Tiger to Tiger style, Crane to Crane style...)... But to think a fat panda could defeat a master of all forms of Kung Fu... Preposterous! (poking wholes in the logic behind a movie made for children...)

      The Dark Knight.

Still just as good as the first time I watched it... too bad it was just on my friend's regular TV, though. (I've been spoiled since my dad bought that new TV.)

Special -A lonely metermaid has a psychotic reaction to his medication and becomes convinced he's a superhero. A very select group of people in life are truly gifted. Special is a movie about everyone else.

Great storyline with phenomenal acting by Michael Rapaport. He was undeniably crucial in making this movie seem 'real'. So fabulous was this 'low' budget superhero movie.
Fabulous. The characters, the foundation, the storyline, imagination ... the believability and emotional recognition for the characters ... it all was there.
Made me want to laugh, made me want to cry and made me want to change the world. Awesome.
That is what movies are supposed to make you feel. Hats off to these two directors and their crew with their first film.

      well reccommended.

Stiller's such a funny actor, he should star in every movie ever made!

We are the strange on youtube.com/movies
the music and animation and art was amazing, but it had no plot.at all. and it tried to use less words and more actions to show you what was going on and it failed at that.

Just saw Enemy at the Gates last night, that was a pretty decent war flick with Jude Law and Rachael Weisz. Two Russian and German snipers play a game of cat-and-mouse during the Battle of Stalingrad.

A couple days ago I saw Cube decent plot, (7 complete strangers of widely varying personality characteristics are involuntarily placed in an endless kafkaesque maze containing deadly traps.). The only thing that I didn't like in this movie was the acting. I found it so.. over the top, it really detracted from the movie for me.

      Burn After Reading

I must say it was quite humorous, and I liked it.

Hot Fuzz - always good. Made for great entertainment while washing dishes.

Before that, Speed Racer. Just as good the second time! I laughed, I cried (not really), it moved me.

And before that, Yes Man. With the exception of one scene, it was HILARIOUS! I haven't laughed that hard at a movie for a long time. Go see it.

that was one of the last movies I saw. I'm pretty sure I can guess what scene you're talking about.
other than that it was hysterical.

the next day I saw Marley and Me, and as much as I'm just not into that kind of movie, I thought it was excellent. They could have developed the dog's character a little more, and even though I'm not the biggest fan of the actors in it, I still thought it was a very well put together movie. may not see it again, but I enjoyed it while i watched it.

ok and my family was totally having a movie marathon weekend for the holidays cause i live in idaho and there's nothing to do. so we went to see bedtime stories for my little brothers and that it totally sucked. The little respect i had for adam sandler is now gone.

That was a crazy movie. Just - moreso - the predicament that they were in, and how the whole thing played out. I will agree with you on the acting, though, definitely.

I saw the first 1/2 (or so) of Tropic Thunder, a couple of days ago. Hilarious. The movie thing timed out after a while, and I wasn't able to watch the rest of it yet, but I will probably watch it tomorrow.

I also just got done watching Let the Right One In, tonight. Good movie. Great story. Very well shot.

I watched Butterfly Effect with my girlfriend. That is a one movie that raises questions and leaves me quite disturbed for a while.

Especially since I hadn't seen the directors cut. The end was very disturbing
Jujutsu is the gentle art. It's the art where a small man is going to prove to you, no matter how strong you are, no matter how mad you get, that you're going to have to accept defeat. That's what jujutsu is.

eagle eye. It wasnt that good, a bit unrealistic. enjoyable none the less.... I found i,robot and the matrix (comparable movies) to be A LOT better...

like the guy is running and the computer cuts the wires (how does it do that) and it magically electrocutes him? Bah!

True, Sheep, But you have to like the fact that the main character didn't instantly know how to fight, at least he got his ass kicked often. Made it a little more realistic.
