You have to wonder where all this is going to end, somehow i cant see the US allowing Iran to setup in venezuelia without major opposition. It also occurs to me that the US is pretty stretched as it is, i wonder if we'll finally start to see a major pull out of troops from Iraq ready for a potential conflict with Iran.

Iran claims it has evidence the CIA was behind the assassination. They sent the evidence to Switzerland because I guess the Swiss represent US interests in nations we're not on good terms with.

Yeah. They actually do a lot of the communication to/from Iran and a few other places, for us. There's another country that we get to handle some of the correspondence between the U.S. and Iran, too. I just can't remember what it is at the moment.

Uh, may I remind that we were flying illegal missions over their airspace? They are building up their defenses because they shot down a US spyplane down over their territory. And with the recent history of American aggression towards the middle-east, it's a logical conclusion that the US is about to invade Iran. Iran wants to make sure that this doesn't happen. The Iranian government knows that the Iraq war was primarily about oil, Iran has oil. It's the same standoff that happened when the USA put missiles in striking distance of Moscow during the cold war, they responded by putting missiles in cuba. The US occupying the middle east is seen no differently by the people of the middle east as the Soviet occupation of the middle east 30 years ago. If there is a war, we started it, not them.

The other day Iran said they had proof that the US was the one assassinating their nuclear scientist.
