What it pretty much boils down to is that, "once we hit November, either it'll become [much] easier to get your medical marijuana card thus [making it] easier to buy from dispensaries and grow your own, or possession and personal cultivation of cannabis will be legalized in Ontario, allowing anyone of age to grow, buy, own, and smoke pot. If you want to sell it, you have to get a license allowing you to open your own pot shop. Once legalized the prices will drop substantially." If it's legalized in Ontario, BC will quickly follow suit, and then it's just a domino effect from there.
I don't think it'll be legalized any time this year but this might trigger a series of changes, making us that much closer to ending marijuana prohibition.
