Where's your "progressive" president on all this? To me it sounds like Obama has actually expanded the drug war. I'm sure my interpretation is wrong, as some democrat will point out shortly. |

Won't even come close to being signed to law, it violates the first amendment and the ACLU will destroy anyone who tries to prosecute based on this. |

Are you familiar with gradualism? If it's done slowly enough, the government can amass huge powers without anyone apparently noticing or being able to stop it. For example, where was your ACLU on the question of whether or not to imprison domestic citizens for carrying drugs in the pocket? Is that not a massively huge violation of civil liberties? |

Continuance of off-topicness: I don't like everything he does, but he's the only person that will end our wars and bring our troops home that's currently running for President, and he'll deal with corporate loopholes, big oil subsidies, and marijuana prohibition. Those I consider important enough. Also the Federal Reserve will be audited fully. |
