I can do this as much as I want. I don't even need to smile or think of anything. All I do is expect it to happen but then I can't stop myself from smilinh which I don't know why I would... Well, I did find out about this when i would just randomly smile to feel better and it gave me this. I think I made myself feel this rush of energy 20 times while reading this. (I really wanted to use this new emoticone)

      Hello everyone,

I as Youngchiico am also very happy to have found this thread. I posted something up on Yahoo questions and some nice kid referred me to this site who just happens to be Youngchiico the last poster to this thread

I can also do this 'thing' the author of this post describes and reading through it has been very exciting for me, I have been able to do this for a long time with no one really to talk about it with or discuss possibilities.

I noticed someone wanted more specific details about how it feels as if its a switch and if you visualize something etc, I would like to give my input and be as detailed as I can.

Reading the post about the identical twins by Synosha scared me! The questions asked were so similar to how I experience things made my heart race and I got very excited. Everything Synosha wrote resounds with me, I experience things like this all the time and I am extremely happy to have found this place and FINALLY get talking about this with similar people.

I am 26 years old I live near Scotland's capital city Edinburgh, I'd also like to point out that I am not trying to be some kind of super hero. Yes I have seen 'Wanted' and I'm not a wannabe assassin however cool that would be. I have noticed many people mostly young (no offense) getting very excited about their ability to perhaps do the same thing I can do, exasperating ambitions of super strength etc. I want to point out I am not in the same camp..... Yes I fully understand what adrenaline does to the body and what the results are due to this, what really excites me is why this happens and that's what I'd like to find out more on... I don't want to join a super gang or anything like that (again no offense to anyone intended)

I believe it may have something to do with vibrational energy as someone has mentioned and again would like to learn more from this place about it

I have done a good amount of research on this and my initial conclusions are that it might also be something to do with the pineal gland, something that I know someone has already pointed out and I'm very interested in hearing about more about this if anyone has more to add on it.

Ok so how it feels for me...

First of all from what I gather I can do this anytime, I don't need to concentrate or be lying down or anything... its as simple and as natural to me as blinking my eyes for example. It is a very physical feeling something I want to point out as the poster 'Chris' also did. This is not a spiritual feeling/rush of any kind there are no feelings of peace, bliss etc associated with it, this is a pure adrenaline rush similar to what I experience involuntarily while participating in extreme sports etc.

When I 'turn it on' there is an immediate rush of energy at the back of my neck, it feels like its coming from the middle of my brain (where my speculations about the pineal gland come in). I don't visualize anything at all but reading this thread got me to thinking about what the feeling 'looks' like and the best way I can some that up is its like a lake high up with a water fall. It 'feels' like the water rushes horizontally towards the waterfall for a short distance then tumbles over vertically downward.

The feeling of rushing energy then goes down my neck and I can feel it on my spine but also on my chest at the same time as if it was water you could say its like diving head first into cold water, but the feeling of adrenaline stays more or less in the center of my upper body.
If I concentrate with it I can send it to different parts of my body.. left arm, right leg etc. I got the idea of doing this by posting on Yahoo questions a few years ago but didn't get much meaningful answers from it apart from someone who said they could do it to and asked me to try and send the rush to different places and I could also do it to my surprise!

When I do it my heart rate increases and my pupils dilate and when I stop I do feel slightly tired but not massively.

I have only ever done this in short bursts never for more than say a minute. To be honest I'd rather know more about it first before doing it for any longer and I have only used it once to help me with a task before and the result was pretty spectacular I thought.

I was on a golf coarse with who and where is not important. I was not playing however I was offered the chance to T-off on the last hole which I did.

My first shot was terrible it went pretty far but went way off to the side, so I took another go... as I put the ball down, randomly I remembered about 'the rush' and thought lets give it a go... so for a few seconds before I hit the ball as I lined up I flushed my body with 'the rush' and stopped just as I lifted the club to hit the ball.

      The ball disappeared ......

No sorry not in that magical way (although it would have been nice) it went straight ahead and out of site over the trees and went over the clubhouse, I had never seen anything like it.. neither had the person I was with!

Don't know how to end the post so I'll just do it quickly.

Glad I found you people and I hope we can help each other get some answers quickly!

So um how exactly do you do this?

Wow, I was gone for a while and I come back to this thread still alive.

ooflendoodle, it's hard to explain, it's kind of a thing that you "Just do". For me it's kinda like flipping switch in my brain, I guess. Or pressing a button.

It feels like pure energy is flowing through me, I mostly feel it in my chest and legs but if I try hard enough I can direct it

I completely agree with Scottish, couldn't have described it better myself.

I also find it starts in the middle of my head and my pupils and everything else.

I wonder if they have done any studies on this? I wouldn't mind being a guinea pig for it! Haha.

Hmm, I thought I'd note that in contrast to Schottish and Sentaku I don't feel the feeling in my head and/or chest (though I would love to feel what it's like). With me the feeling starts right below my bellybutton and continues down to my feet. Although I can mildly direct it it does not come as easilly as starting the feeling itself.
On a sidenote, have either of you notices involuntary twitches? When I manage to get the feeling to different bodyparts they often twitch, does that sound familiar?

      Hi Chris,

No I have not noticed any twitching but I will look out for it in the future, its not something I can recall happening.

I do sweat though, sometimes an incredible amount even if I am not doing anything at all the sweat will be pouring out from under my arms but I wont be sweating anywhere else, its very strange its more like a dripping tap than sweat sometimes.

Sometimes if I push it hard enough I get some twitches. But i think that's only because the energy feels like it has to be used somehow and that's one way to get rid of it. I don't know.

I've also noticed I get tingling sensations in my skin in places like arms, legs, back, etc

      'Engery rush'

Yes like everyone else was saying.
i also apologize for my spelling recntly''
i really didnt explian myself clearly'' but the specialty that we all can do is amazing'' i just rembered about this today and went to read'' if anyone has posted. and yet scotish did. as he was explaining about redirecting it''.to other parts of his body i tried t do it the same. and it amidiatly wnet to my left arm. its really amizing.
i am 15. i live in newyork, queens and i can do this fotr as long as i can remember.
alot of people is asking how can u do this. and explain the feeling''.
Well its really hard 2 explian cause it comes natural to uds'' like eating or moving''.
when i do it , it feels like ists comming from my heart. but goes on my spin. the feeling is just like adrenaline. but not quit . it doesnt have the same effects as a adrenaline rush'' would have. like sweating, etc. but its just the same''.
since i was young i really coudnt explain'' and i never told anyone cause i thought everyone can do it''. When i as younger and i use 2 have nightmares'' my mom would tell me say god. in the dream and it will be gone.
well this didnt really work because in my dreams'' i really didnt remember what to say''.
but what i could do was that rush'.
it would amedialty pop'' my body while i was sleeping'' causeing me to wake up''.
And i was just amazed to know that i could rember to do it. even while i as sleeping''
This is to tell you guys'' thats what we have is something truely powerful and strange''.
Effects,* it gives meh. extra strength,. and makes me faster.
It is possible that what we have is like a sixth'' sense something that can 'Inhance all of our senses'' or anything that we can do. like saying if your are eating and your full'' use it and u can take the last bite'' or if your hands are tired of writing use it and u would be able to cover a few more lines''.
what scottish said about his golf experiance was amaizing''.
People said there is a such thing as a 'sixth sense'' and we are very lucky to have this''.
Maby this is a gift from the 'ultra being' whoever he-or they are that gave us this'
But all i know is that only a few people can do this'
      and we are gifted'
All i can say now is that if this is a truley gift from god'' or whoever'' we should use it keenly''
And also i read on this site' were this guy explained ssaying he can do this aswell and it was sorta like a adrenaline rush'
The doctor was amazed saying he never heard of this''. but what or however you can do this. be very carful''
because if this is a adrenaline rush'' then its not good'' because having to much adrenaline rushes at will'' can do extreeme harm to your body''.
so i would keep checking on here daily to see what'' is going on
by guys. and have a nice one.

Dude really, you could have at least used some interpunction. It is very hard to take a person seriously when he types like this... But that aside.

"ike saying if your are eating and your full'' use it and u can take the last bite'' or if your hands are tired of writing use it and u would be able to cover a few more lines''."

      That's just willpower...

I... may or may not be able to do this. I can't quite figure out if I use emotion to trigger it.

If you use emotion, it is definitely not the same... However, are you maybe able to give yourself goose bumps? That is very emotion prone...

I'm with you on this one... I'm in the topsport circuit (I'm no world champion, I assume a national title qualifies) of trampolineing, which involves a lot of adrenaline moments. The phenomenon in this thread is nothing like breathing and mental techniques to get your body on sharp.

Err, i was kinda being skeptical about breathing faster = adrenaline. Also national title is totally enough (if not too much) to qualify.

The breathing is just more oxygen, the adrenaline is purely mental anticipation...

I used to be able to give myself goosebumps, now it's like there's a subtle warm electric current running under my skin, ABOUT to become goosebumps but not as intense.

I find I can induce this the most easily when breathing very slowly-- it's really awesome to be able to have such control over your body like this. After studying Kungfu for 7 years, Qi has become less of a stranger of a concept to me. It's an amazing tool, everyone should learn to use it. For everything.

i can do this exact same thing. i first realized i could do it about a year ago while sitting in class... it was great it feels almost like you have a super power kind of like as if i were Goku "powering up". i feel it start in my lowerback almost like the kidney area. as i "power up" i get random muscle spazams mostly in the legs but often the arms also i am freely able to stop anytime i please however i can usually only retain it for around 10-15 seconds but thats all it takes to get me from dead tired to bench pressing buses. i know nothing of this thing i can do i have done tests as far as my breathing patterens and my heart rate and they dont go hand in hand its not my breathing thats making my heart rate go up its just what i can do

      @snowman905,

This sounds [U]exactly[U] like what i feel. The feeling focusses around the lower back/belly and leggs, though it induces spasms in the arms as well (trydoing this for 20 seconds, your whole body will go haywire)...

      Greets,

      Thumbs up Adrenaline Rush

Glad to see that I am not the only one who knows how to release their adrenaline at will. I have been practicing this for some time. It is very difficult to concentrate the rush into one area of your body since it spreads.
