I'm not sure if two of the dreams should be counted as dreams, as I will write them as fragments, but they were more like short dreams and fragments are supposed to just be an image or something right? Anyways, that's the score for me today.

Hmm, I like this idea. Should motivate me to keep up with the dream journaling. But, there's no way I'll get anywhere close to you guys. xD One dream a night is the norm for me, and don't even talk about lucids...

Ah well. It's too late to post dreams for earlier days, right? So I'll just put forward the one dream I had today:

Don't worry about winning or not. Just play whenever you can! The good thing is that it's a daily challenge as well as a yearly one, so you can see how you stack up against other DV members on that day. You could do something like only play on weekends, if you wanted.

3.5 points for me for 1/5/11 (3 dreams and 1 frag)

Sorry I don't have the totals from yesterday yet, but I have a lot to do and I'll be pretty busy over the next couple of days. I'll update the scores over the weekend or whenever I get a chance. I'll also post my DJ for today, but I already have notes, I just need to translate into story format, which could take awhile.

I'm going to implement the new point system of 10 -> 1, with first place getting 10 points and 10th getting 1. I do think 9th place should be recognized because it gets more people involved and keeps the game closer so everyone has to keep their DJ every day. It'll be retroactive to the beginning of the year.

Haha AustralianFire I think you're the one with the messed up clock, it's the 6th of January in both Sweden and Finland. I will take over scores for aslong as GMoney is busy IRL. I don't mind and I got time, atleast until Monday.

When you type your daily score. ALWAYS include the date. Will make it so much easier to calculate. Thanks!

Ah cool! Put in the date aswell GMoney. If everyone keeps their own track on what day it is, then I guess the rule about posting too late shouldn't be needed.

You need to enjoy the winter break while you can! My last "Dream day" will be tomorrow. After that I will try to turn my sleeping schedule around to get ready for work on Monday.

Had two fragments and a short dream. But... I honestly don't know whether to call it a lucid or not. I don't think it actually counts. Anyone who cares can read my DJ and give a second opinion, but I don't care too much. I'm not exactly in this to win.

Ok, so when I remember a part of a dream and know there was some other part of it, which I can't remember anymore, I always count them as fragments. Is that right then?

Yeah, that's a fragment. I usually count dreams that are 10 seconds or less as fragments. A single picture or a theme is a fragment yes.

Usually if I remember more than 50% of a dream I count it as a dream, and less than 50% I count it as a fragment.
