I remember that this type of technology was being talked about, some time ago, and they were able to produce grainy still-images from a cat. It looks like the tech is progressing steadily. I read something about this quite a while back, but it definitely appears things have advanced. o.o I would love to, one day, be able to use the equipment involved in this, and show people exactly how I picture action sequences (Zack Snyder style!), how I view things from different perspectives, and a lot more than that.

Sounds like we need to accelerate the timetables on the whole global revolution business; otherwise this technology will only ever be used by the thought police.

I'd expect the TSA to implement this at security checkpoints within a few years.

I'd expect the TSA to implement this at airport scanners within a few years. I have a feeling people will try and be funny, and do think stupid things when going through the scanners.

I'm all for it, but I think it's rather creepy, being able to watch someone's dreams and thoughts. That kind of stuff is private.

I wouldn't want anyone to see my dreams unless I wanted them too, like Puffin's idea showing action sequences.

That's pretty amazing. Can you imagine all of the very awesome and never before seen things one could witness viewing someone else dreams. Then again I guess we could see some pretty disturbing and horrific things as well because some people have some pretty nightmarish dreams. Nevertheless, I would love to be able to keep data of my dreams for later viewing.

Some of my lucid dreams are so incredibly vivid and realistic that I'd just wish there was a way to show someone. Talking or reading about lucid dreaming just isn't enough for some people.
