There is basically two ways to have a WILD. You lay there and stay wake through the transition. Or you fall asleep then wake back up just before going into a dream. I am like you and I never have a transition, and I think it does make things a lot harder. Though I have experienced vibrations and stuff, though it was always slight after a very long time of laying there. Though like I said I have had WILDs before, they are just wilds where I accidentally fell asleep but then woke up just before entering the dream and stuff. Also some times doing late at night after waking up works, because the transition period is a lot shorter if you been sleeping for a few hours but are still tired. |
