Thread: Weird feelings from certain dreams. Anybody else get them?

So, I have these two dreams sign a that always freak me the hell out. And from an objective point of view, they seem harmless, but to me, they just feel plain creepy. Not pedophile creepy, but like possessed little girl creepy.
They have no link to my past, but they always appear in nightmares.
The first one is this hilly forest. Always super quiet, no birds or crickets or anything. I think it's a cemetery of some sort. And when I listen closely, I can hear my name being called. Always makes me wake up with a cold sweat.
The second is this road. A curve in the road to be specific. Just a little country road with tall weeds on either side. But always gives me an eerie vibe.

So do other people get these, for lack of a better term, evil dream signs? Or is it just me?
I would love to hear if you get them, and if so, what yours are.

I used to when I was young. How old are you?

I used to have a few, usually involving school or family.
Really messed up lol Although a lot of my dreams are really out there.

They aren't related to any school or family. Just plain creepy. Like evil and stuff. Especially the cemetery one,I hate it so much.

Yeah I was just saying what mine were, not that yours were.
I think you will probably grow out of it. Usually people have nightmares while young, and only very rarely once you get older.

Funny, the last one you describe made me remember an old recurring dream-environment, I used to dream about a lot as a teenager. It didn't feel eery to me, though.

I do get dreams like that, there's one where I'm in Leuven (the city where my University was), but it doesn't resemble Leuven geographically. The streets are all wrong, and consequently I get lost and never find my way back to the train station. In real life, I know this city like the back of my hand, so that's one of those dreams that stays with me all day.
