Ok, so MILD is mnemonic induced lucid dreams - if you use auto suggestion or mantras while falling asleep to achieve lucidity

DILD - if while in a dream, you realise youre dreaming, usually through an RC of some sort like nose plugging etc

DEILD - is if you wake up from a dream, and use the dield technique to re-enter the dream state, remaining lucid (not moving, relaxing, visulizing your dream etc)
