      Arrow Dream Vividness help

      Can someone tell me how to get dream vividness? i know Vitamin B6 (and b12 somewhat) is a good way to get vivid dreams, but it's only good once a week. i need something else. something non-medical would be great. Dream vividness i think is my best way of getting recall down.

      You think so? Alcohol has always given me very vivid and strange dreams... usually the content is actually pretty cool too. Perhaps it depends on the person?
