      I've been having frequent LDs suddenly

      How consistent is consistent?

      A lot of times if you have stopped trying to LD it seems like you can get lucids if it is after a dry spell. Might be the lack of stress.

      Shhhhh! Don't question it...just ride the wave.

      It could be you are more relaxed, or all your hard work has paid off, or you have been blessed by the LD gods. It could be for many reasons. If I were you I would try to figure out what you've been doing differently recently and make it into a habit.
