[Alucinor XIII]

I'll start: "Two lucid dreams. (Didn't remember much of the first, very short...) Semi-Failed WILD Attempt. Colors were trippy (almost acid-esque) and I was in the woods with my friend K. He said something along the lines of "About time" as I realized I was dreaming. I felt the dream destabilizing and drop to the ground to feel the grass. I even tasted some, trying to ground myself...wasn't very good. Started flying/leaping miles at a time in bounds. Ended up in my old neighborhoud and woke up. " Not the most exciting, but oh well. Your turn.

I'm not sure what you're asking us to do. I just went to a random part of a random dream and copy and pasted a few sentences. "I realize he probably took the banana bridge and decide we need to go back there. I try yelling at the rest to go to the banana bridge (I was calling it this in the dream). I hear a noise, and realize that Chris has found some place close to me and is digging upward. I go near the area I hear the noise. I realize I need to somehow tell everyone that I’ve found him, lest they continue to search pointlessly, but don’t yet." (From an earlier description in the dream, the 'banana bridge' was "a simple unstable bridge made of sticks that sinks down touching the water, except instead of sticks it’s made entirely of bananas")

I don't write my dreams down in sentence format, but I'll convert it. June 4th, 2010 My friends Kyle, David, and I are in the car with Kyle's older brother Kody, who's driving us home after school. Suddenly, it's nighttime with wet weather. We start going over the Huey P. Long Bridge, known for it's claustrophobia to drivers. Unexpectedly, Kody swerves away from a broken down car sitting in one of the two lanes. I turn around in my seat to see another driver behind us, unfortunately, crash into the stationery vehicle. Oddly enough, the cars frictionless-ly slide after us, causing more car accidents as it occurs. Kody continues to sharply dodge cars on this very skinny bridge. Still calm, I check my seat belt. Kody suddenly takes the car into overdrive and speeds over 100+ mph off the bridge. The sudden force causes me to hit my head on the back window. After exiting the bridge, Kody brakes, and we hop out of the car. We all start walking towards a railroad that fictionally sits under the bridge. Suddenly, an "Agent Smith" pulls down the train barricades before we can cross the railroad, but no train was in sight. I told the agent this, and he grinned. The dream suddenly ended.

You've inspired me to go through my dream journal, now that I read this again I remember it vividly. My second dream was a little more intense, I was on a tour boat going through some underground canals with my family. As we were going through them our boat broke down. From there all hell broke loose, people began going missing and eventually we figured out why. There was underwater zombies down there. I remember people fighting for their lives, I climbed to the very top of the canal, it was layered. Eventually my brother and sister got up there but my dad was nowhere to be seen. We finally found him but it was to late, a roaring wave of water came down on everyone below and they all got washed out. The dream ended, victory was certain.

12/22/2008 ”The Day The Earth Almost Stood Still” (I wish I could remember more of the beginning of this dream. All I can recall really is the end, which was amazing.) There was some ancient, evil faction that was trying to fulfill some sort of prophecy that would result in the destruction of the Earth, by way of a huge, robotic alien/weapon that resided somewhere in deep space. There was a large, medieval building (Either a castle or a fortress, I can’t remember which) where the summoning was going down. Only I and a small group of other unlikely heroes - including my friend Ang - knew about this plot and were in the building, trying to stop the villains from destroying the Earth. This is basically where my recollection starts. Everything was really intense throughout this period as we were going through all of these rooms and passageways, trying to find something to help stop their countdown to the coming of this thing. (My notes say something about defying gravity and running along the walls, but I really don’t remember that too well.) We came to find out that we could not stop the countdown, altogether, but we could divert the weapon that would be used. It was a fail-safe that would cause the technology - which is really futuristic, and used to kick-start this apocalypse – to self destruct in the event that it might come into the wrong hands. Coming down to the wire, we got into a scuffle with some of the bad guys, in the room that housed the panel that called down the assault. There were all kinds of crazy modern alarms blaring and lights flashing, and everything was just really chaotic, signaling the end, when someone from our group broke away from the others' defense and lunged at the control panel. Another set of alarms began to sound off, and we – much to the dismay of the villains were warned to evacuate. At this point, my perspective switched from first to third person, and was plotted way out in space. There was a massive robot – many times the size of the Earth – just floating there. The single lens that ran across its eye(s) began to glow red, and a huge beam of light burst out of it. My perspective followed this beam through space until it closed in on the Earth, looking for a direct hit. Then, my perspective switched to the outside of the fortress, seeing it as the only structure in the foreground, sitting on a hill, with a nice, countryside background stretching off into a sunset. Suddenly, the beam of light streaked in from the horizon, shearing straight through the top half of the fortress/castle and blowing the entire thing to pieces. The explosion was the most vivid image I remember of the dream. After the initial pop, it seemed to expand in slow motion, the blast completely rocking the whole scene. After that, I was back in my body again. We had escaped the building and were collecting ourselves amongst the smoldering debris. I don’t remember whatever happened to the villains, but I do remember Ang being really pissed at me about something. Dunno what it was, though.

Bus Bullies I'm leaving school, and I get on my bus (after getting on several others) and notice that the emergency exit is closed wrong. The driver takes off anyway, and I head to the back, cautious as ever to fix it. When I get there, I'm having problems closing it correctly. After several attempts I feel the bus come to a halt, and now I have the chance to secure them properly. The doors get forced open by three people, and they come on demanding money. I wait for the right time and punch the guy closest to me. It connects and I swing again. This time the guy grabs my hand and slices it with a knife. Blood is running down my hand as I try to kick him. He grabs my foot before it connects, and I cant break the hold. Then he proceeded to cut and stab into my foot. Then all three of them left. I took off my shoe, and my sock had red spots all over it from the stab wounds. When I took the sock off, I noticed a vein was cut and I was bleeding badly. I was so mad about how ineffective my moves were, and that I was the only one who stood up to them. I walked up to the front of the bus and tried asking the driver what to do. And she said "just give them your money". I knew I had at least two hundred bucks in it, and I was thinking why did it have to be me. Then the same guys started heading back on the bus, but there were about ten of them. I was so mad about what was going to happen, but I figured it was better than dying. I headed to the middle of the group and some guy threw a knife at me. I dodged it perfectly, and said "here's my money". I gave most of it up, but managed to hide two crumbled up bills. They grabbed it and left. I was still angry at how the other people on the bus didn't do anything, but glad that they left.

02.05.2010 Starting again (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I was at my house and my parents were about go to bed. I decided that I would start smoking weed again. I went outside and got high. I came back in and went into a room that doesn't really exist. I was going to take a shower. Then I realized that it would be weird to take a shower at night. I had taken my clothes off already. I saw cum on my clothes. I then walked into my room and had to walk past my mom. She followed me into my room but had no idea. Cop lights then shined through my window. I looked outside and a cop was driving past with his lights on.
