Exclamation Urgent, need professional help on wild, found no info in form.

I am 15, i have lucid dreamed 3 times, and none of them were WILD. i am wrighting a scifi/fantasy novel and thought lucid dreaming would be a very good way to inspire myself to wright, or act out the scenes in my book for better characterization. Last night i tried to WILD, and i got into SP, but i didnt really hallucinate, i just saw flashes of pointless lights dancing in front of my eyes that never turned into real pictures, just color. Then i started to get exceedingly heavy and almost felt like i was losing my body. (i found info on all of this in the form) but what i need to know is this: when i felt like i might have started to fall into the dream, i ddnt see anything, only black, and my heart was racing at a speed so fast that i thought i was going to have a heart attack. (which is the part i need most help with.) and also, it all finally mellowed out but i could still feel my body, so i opened my eyes and thought maybe it was a false awakening and did a few reality checks but it wasn't. and when i really am dreaming, will i be able to move freely in the dream like in reality, or will i have to just think about moving like I'm a vague imaginary figure.

All and all it seems like i got almost done transitioning, had a near heart attack, and in fear backed out of the transition. which is a huge disappointment. And i just need some1 to instruct me on how to WILD a little more detailed than the tutorials.

Theres really nothing else to it that could be more detailed than the information written in the tutorial. There are so many variables to what may and may not work for an individual person that the rest of it is just trial and error. As for the "heart attack" that was just another hallucination. And when you finally get in the dream, it's more or less just like real life.

This is hardly urgent. Stop overeacting.

You just got a little too excited.

Professional help implies that I get paid for helping you. Do I get paid?

I pick up a half-eaten copy of a book by Neil Gaiman, and decide this is all his fault.

Not to mention WILD/DILD works different for every person, so there isn't that much of "professional" advice there, other than experienced people, and what samael said, whats the payment lol

I had a similar experience last night, I woke up went to the bathroom as I did the night before when I had my first LD after a false awakening. I was so excited to have it happen again I couldn't relax. I lay in bed for more than an hour from 3:30 to about 4:45 trying to fall asleep eventually I tried to WILD. Every time my body got to the point where something happened it would excite me too much and I'd loose it, I felt my body transition in some way (like a cold heaviness come over me) about 4 times but couldn't transition, I think due to being unable to relax, I could literally feel my heart pumping and adrenalin in my system.

My question is, what can I do to relax I really tried to breath deep and slow I even tried some binaurals, I was just to pumped
