Thread: False Lucidity - Strange Experiences

Hi,

I have been trying without success for many months to attain lucidity but recently i have been having really strange experiences. it seems to be like a false awakening only with a Lucid Dream.

What happens is: like a false awakening my dream goes through the motions of doing tasks that it deems are expected of it, I go through my reality checks, I have even taken part in the main task I wish to achieve (flight) and in the place I wish to (New York). It's incredibly weird as it feels real and I appear to have done my checks just not ME conciously.

Anyway sorry for the confusing and slightly meaningless paragraph, I'm just curious, have any of you had similar experiences of "false lucidity"???

EDIT: I've actually just noticed a similar thread a few down, I wouldn't have posted if I had found any others before writing.
