Have know about Lucid Dreams for 1 week, tried twice, got it once.

So i have recently learnt about Lucid Dreaming, i decided to give it a jam.

After a quick google i though the WBTB technique would be the best.

The first morning i tried it i was lying there, then suddenly heard a really loud buzzing, and woke straight up with a bit of a shock. I stopped there and went back to sleep as normal.

Now the next time i tried, 2 days ago, I nailed it.
I woke up really early, then tried to stay conscious as i feel asleep. i think it only took about 1-2 minutes. I felt two super intence waves of relaxation go over me, after the second it was like i was staring at a moving picture of a storm. I was fully aware so i just though that i would pull myself into it. I did with relative ease.

The first thing i thought was to stop the Storm, that was easy, i made it sunny allmost instantly. There was no people around at this time, but that changed and i was soon at a water park. I had a girl with me, we hung out together in the dream, but i wanted her to be someone else. So i told her i am going to change who she is. She argued me and said it was not possible. As soon as she said that she changed into one of my ex girlfriends. We then engaged in sex, for the most part of about 4 seconds, of which she ran away. It's like i could control who she was, but had no control over he actions, or what she did. After she ran away i though its time to wake up, so i blasted into the air, shattering the concrete below me (like neo from matrix) then claped once and immediately i was awake in my bed, i woke up so quickly that i could not move for about 5 seconds.

I found entering the lucid dream extremely easy, although it was an almost scary experience, i just stayed clam the whole time. During the whole dream i was aware of what i was doing.

I have only been trying to Lucid dream for 2 days and think i achieved it quite quickly. Is it common to get them so easily? I going to try again tomorrow, I a bit overloaded with what i should do though. What is something challenging i can try to achieve?

How difficult it is to lucid dream varies from person to person. For me, I do it naturally. I rarely do any techniques to try to lucid dream, and still have them frequently and have my whole life, even before I knew what lucid dreaming was. For other people it takes a ton of practice for them to get it.

I too, had my first LD two days after hearing about LDing. You won't get them as easily in the future (unless you have some sort of talent for it, unlike me ).

      Good luck.

      That's awesome!

A lot of people take a long time trying to do what you just did.

It's always good to remain "clam".

Anyway, here are some good dream goals for you to start out with:

      1) Do nothing. Stay in one place as long as you can, and just slowly walk around and touch things. This will calm you down, and make your lucid dream longer.

      2) Find your dream guide. Ask them for a gift.

Fantastic, man. That is extremely impressive. I'd pay alot to do it that easily. I've been going for almost two months now with no results.
As children we believe anything is possible. As adults, we need to remember it.
