Was it WILD or DILD? confused..

So today i had my first Lucid Dream.

I took an afternoon nap. i had a dream, then was woken up. i didnt move and not even 10 seconds later i started feeling waves hit me, and pressure on my ears when i felt the waves. and about 10 seconds later, i tried getting up. and the next thing i know im in my bedroom in a lucid dream standing by my bed.

I was just wondering.. what technique would this be considered?

and im just gonna add, YES!!!!!!! 3 months of trying to lucid dream and I FINALLY GOT IT!

WILD. Or something undiscovered. Idk. Most likely a WILD. If the waves happened before the dream, probably a WILD. If not, then IDK.

haha alright thanks! it was crazy though.. it all happened in a matter of 20 seconds. because i tried to re-enter the dream, but decided to just try and exit my body, and it worked. haha

Wait... you tried to EXIT your body??? Then it could have been an OBE or an AP!

haha yeah, i just got up after i felt a few of those.. "waves" got out of bed and i felt my dresser and it seemed too real.. so i did two reality checks, i looked at my hands and i had 2 pinky fingers... and then i looked in a mirror and i looked different.. thats when i realized it had worked. maybe it was an obe! haha i dont know

well i was in my room, so after i did reality checks i looked over at my chair and i had a couple guns on it. one of em was an mp5 so i slung it over my shoulder. lol. then i started walking upstairs and started talking to my mom who was in the kitchen. then i saw my dog and i somehow lifted her up off the ground.. with like the force haha. and i looked over in the other room and there was a couple dogs that looked really worn out and they were very angry. looked sort of like zombie dogs.. very similar to the ones in "i am legend" they started going after my dog so i shot them. then i decided to go to my friends house and as soon as i walked outside i woke up because i heard my dad coming in the door home from work.

all in all it was pretty stable though. i didnt have any problems with that. no spinning or anything was needed.

It was a DILD, it isn't hard to fall asleep while trying to WILD and end up in a FA, which would be the thing that happened to you, completely normal, just that people don't RC when WILDing and rarely catch them <.<
