So today i had my first Lucid Dream. I took an afternoon nap. i had a dream, then was woken up. i didnt move and not even 10 seconds later i started feeling waves hit me, and pressure on my ears when i felt the waves. and about 10 seconds later, i tried getting up. and the next thing i know im in my bedroom in a lucid dream standing by my bed.

I was just wondering.. what technique would this be considered?

and im just gonna add, YES!!!!!!! 3 months of trying to lucid dream and I FINALLY GOT IT!
