I have been using WBTB every night to try to increase my recall, but I wonder: does WBTB only make you lose the 20 minutes of sleep that you are awake for, or does it sacrifice the entire sleep cycle? I want to know because I cannot afford to lost 1.5 hours of sleep every night. I am using an alarm to wake me up later in the night. |

I know that it made me lose about 4.5 hours of sleep yesterday since I drank three cups of black tea forgetting that there's a bunch of caffiene in there >.> |
