      Question How Much Sleep does WBTB REALLY make you lose?

      I have been using WBTB every night to try to increase my recall, but I wonder: does WBTB only make you lose the 20 minutes of sleep that you are awake for, or does it sacrifice the entire sleep cycle? I want to know because I cannot afford to lost 1.5 hours of sleep every night. I am using an alarm to wake me up later in the night.

      I'd also be interested to know if there's been any real studies on this, cause WBTB roxorz the big one11!!

      I know that it made me lose about 4.5 hours of sleep yesterday since I drank three cups of black tea forgetting that there's a bunch of caffiene in there >.>

      Strangely, when I WBTB I always feel very aware the next day. I've been wondering why, though...
