      Keep getting close to SP...

While I'm going to bed after about 30mins or so I could start to feel the sensations of SP kicking in, I mostly feel my legs and arms going numb but never my chest... After a while of just laying there I give up and roll over. Like last night I think I was about to enter a dream because I started seeing some intense HI but it went away because it was hard to relax my eyes while this was happening.

You need to have a little more patience. You have much further to go still. When you reach sp you'll know
it. That numbness is not sleep paralysis. Neither is the HI. Just be patient, I started out laying there for 3
hours. ( I've gotten it down to about 30 minutes thank god )

      Good luck

I know SP when i get one by the experience and expectation.
If you intentionally get SP on purpose it's easy to know when it occur.

BTW shadow what you mean it's not SP or HI, what is it then -.-
Anywho i just think he just got confuse on how to describe it.

That means the HI is not an indication of sleep paralysis

I used to get these heavy feelings in my legs too and wouldn't hit SP ever. No matter how long I stayed in this state. Then I tried something different I hit SP without getting any numb feelings or anything.

Mzzkc's wild guide. The basic principle behind it is putting going to sleep before Wilding. It really did help me alot.
