Thread: Is it impossible to be a sleep-walker and a WILD lucid dreamer?

IIRC Sleep walking occurs during NREM, and sleep paralysis is only in REM sleep. Sleep walking isn't people acting out their dreams, they usually do things that they would normally do while awake. Like eating, going to the bathroom, turning on the tv, etc. So I don't think it would have an effect on your dreaming at all, but I may be wrong.

To be honest, the only sleep walking I really hear about is pretty dramatised - the sort of 1 in 100000 case where somebody attacks their spouse etc. I'll do a bit of further research but LikesToTrip, your theory seems pretty plausible. Thanks for the reply
