      Binaural beats for DILD's?

Ok so recently i have stopped trying to WILD because i cant, frankly. haha and i am focusing on dream recall and having a DILD. Is there any room for binaural beat use while DILDing because i am very interested in binaural beats

like for example an audio file that tells you youre dreaming

      (one that actually works)

I have one on my ipod called "dream controller"
I used it, until the day I was having an LD and then I heard it and it woke me up Dx

Binaural beats are a very helpful tool becoming lucid. It is not necessary for a LD but listening to it mellows you out and gets you in a good mindset for lucid dreaming. (for me anyway!) I am actually listening to some binaurals right now, as I am plannning on trying to LD tonight! WOOT!

oh and i didnt want to say anything becuase it is still not totally clear to me, but i swear after listening to binaurals for a while and then not, I listened to it and had an eerie feeling that those same beats are like background noises for most of my dreams! it sounds weird but i hear the beats in my dream and it is very mystical. I do not know however if these sounds are in your dreams always, and listening to the beats strengthens the connection, or if its simply because I am listening to the beats, that they appear in my dreams, which is very possible. LISTEN TO THE BEATS!

Thats because nobody makes them right. I've been experimenting with some of my
own work and it looks quite promising.

Gnaural is awesome for binaural beats.Today over the course of an hour I made 5 different 30minute binaural/isochronic beat tracks that I'm going to start trying out. If you enjoy binaural beats I highly recommend it. It's very easy to use and WAY better than BWGen. I've been using binaural beats with a MILD meditation before I go to sleep, and it's definitely helped with my DILDs. They help put me to sleep faster and it sets aside 30minutes to set my MILD intentions.

I used Audacity for my track. Its a powerful tool and allowed me to do oscillations as
the brain naturally does to ease it better into the frequency you want.

I use Audacity to convert it from .wav to .mp3, Gnaural can't do MP3s . I haven't tried using audacity for the actual beats though, Gnaural is just so easy to use. What do you mean by "oscillations as the brain naturally does"? How is your track laid out; how does the beat/base frequency change throughout the track?

Does that mean that they give you consistant lucid dreams or that you think they will?

It means that my track has had more of an effect on me than any other binaural tracks I have encountered.
And I have listened to quite a few with little success. This however, had a very noticeable effect.
In fact I would go so far as to say my Delta section has the same effect as about 1-3mg of melatonin

That was the same with me for the tracks that I made yesterday. I wonder if it's because they were self-made so we want them to have more of an effect?

I've tried wire a few binural beats and I've still had no success with then. I have been practicing LDing for many years now and I haven't had a WILD either. I now focus on reality checks and dream recall. For me this is the technique that works best. I have at least 1 lucid dream a week now.
