      quickly forgetting lucid dreams.

Ussually when i wake up after a lucid dream. Its rather clear, but after a few moments it starts fading away. And if i dont write it down, a 20minute lucid dream feels like it had only lasted a couple seconds. Is there a way to remember it better? without writing it down.

Simply remember it multiple times. After you wake up go over exactly what happened in the dream as you get ready for the day. The more times you narrate the dream to yourself the more details you will remember and the memory of the event will become more solid.

Writing them down is definitely the best way.
If you don't have the time to do so after waking up, I suggest writing down a few quick notes/keywords (or use voice recording)
designed to help you remember the dream once you have the time to write it down properly.
As LikesToTrip mentioned, going over it in your mind multiple times helps,
but to my knowledge there is no replacement to actually writing it down.
      Dreams are simple.
It's the painfully simple things the human mind cannot comprehend.
After all your mind is trained to understand the complexity of the waking world,
not the simplicity of the dream world.
