Meditate daily for 2 sets of 10 minutes morning and night. Once on waking and before eating, and once a maximum of 30 minutes before sleep. After that, get into bed. Reading about LDs and related material can be helpful. Don't watch TV, use PC or anything else. It does make a massive difference and you'll notice very positive effects from the 2nd or 3rd day onwards. HIGHLY recommended routine. |
