Would you say it is possible? All the WILD explanations I have read talk about how important sleep paralysis is. They make it sound like once your body is asleep you're practically on your way to a lucid dream.
I don't think I've ever experienced true SP. I've laid awake for hours without moving and my body gets heavy with some floaty feelings in my hands and feet but I've always been able to move if I choose.
Anyway, I've had a few LDs that I think of as WILDs because my conciousness of the fact that I was falling asleep never faltered but there was never SP. So is SP even important? Were these not true WILDs?
