in general how do you feel the next day after a LD? |
|
After a lucid dream, I always feel excited and invigorated the next day, sometimes with more energy than I normally have. I think it's because I enjoyed getting to do something cool or fascinating in the dream. There's nothing differentiating LDs from normal dreams except for the fact that you're conscious in them (and can control what's happening), so there's no biological reason to feel tired after having one. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

see i tried last night to WILD as i woke in the middle of the night i remembered not to move, nothing happened but i felt different, like i knew i had been dreaming but could not remember it, normally the thought would be...... well everyone dreams so i must not have remembered but this was more.... i DID dream i just cant remember anything today i felt great and it was the best sleep ive had in weeks, any suggestions? |

I'm assuming you woke up after about 5 hours of sleep, in which case you'd be in REM, the period of time during sleep when dreams are formed. Sometimes if you try to WILD, you can drift off and fall asleep, in which case you'd dream. |

I agree with puffin on how you feel after you wake up from a lucid dream. I hvae never been able to WILD on purpose, I always feel like I have to remember not to move which makes me want to move and keeps my mind awake |
