Post the mantras you use or once did use.

Just as the titles says.. Here is mine:

      Current Mantra:
Every time I am dreaming, I WILL become aware that im dreaming, and I WILL become lucid.

This is a really high success rate for me... Before this one, I used the common/popular one that people say...

That certainly covers all the bases in regards to mantras, even if it is perhaps a bit long it'll just keep your awareness up

I've found that for me using mantras while I work out is really helpful for me, as i'm doing my reps I'll count and mantra at the same time. I'll normally change it up between sets like

      "I will lucid dream tonight"
      "Tonight I will lucid dream"
"I will realise I am dreaming"

I combine this with visualisation of my constructed dream scene, and the character's I've found in my dreams so far

      "tonight i will lucid dream"
"tonight i will lucid dream and be aware of my surroundings"
"i am lucid dreaming and aware in my dream"

I usually go with the first one but, what i sometimes do is say my mantra in my head and at the same time say the other one..it is possible try it..my thoughts were that my concious would hear one of them and my sub concious would concentrate on the other one in the background, bit like subliminal, you can say 2 at the same time, it's worth a shot, last night was the first time i done it and although i didn't go lucid i did however have a dream about talking to my daughter about lucid dreaming!

"I'm dreaming" and "I lucid dream" are the two I use. I visualize myself saying that in the dream. Most of the time it's "I'm dreaming."

Yeah... I started this, because, believe it or not, people have been asking "me" this.. I know, right?....
I guess reading what people say can help expand the ideas of others..

Mine is "I will lucid dream and remember it tonight."
using a mantra isn't the main technique I use for lucid dreams, but hopefully it will help
