I'm fairly adept at Sketchup so I may be able to help with that. Have I got the idea right? You are designing and building a place for you and others to visit in dreams? If so, I like the idea. So far I've created places after I've dreamed them...

Perhaps upload the model to the warehouse so others can download?

Ooohhhh, man. I really hate the whole 'Communal model' thing.
Call me nuts, but I'm the kind of guy (just in this case) that feels like he would be putting the Academy up for grabs rights-wise if I put it in an online warehouse. I've already had several people back home say they wished they had built it, and I REALLY don't feel like getting into a cyber-fight over 'who really made the Project:Enhasa Academy'.
As for tossing the .skp file back and forth or having multiple workers on it, in a private fashion, hmmm.... I kind of like that.
It would probably be a waste at this point on this first rendering. I'm working fast enough, and I have ALL of the Academy, down to the carpet and all, in my head. However, my second draft could use help, and I'd gladly accept what help I could get.

On a side note, yes, you pretty well got the gist of the Academy. It's a place for a dreamer or even more than one to come and train in dream-powers such as flying, materialization, moving/phasing through objects, vanishing, teleporting, and the ever-popular fighting.

Well, it would seem that this thread is dead and that no-one in particular care for Project:Enhasa anymore. So what? I'm still rendering the Academy, and is it looking AWESOME!

A second production guy would be hard to co-ordinate. And... well.. InSO has a point. It IS all in my head.
But, hey! Maybe you've thought of some use for it I haven't. Got any ideas?

Okay, for all of you one person still following this (I kid, more than that.... right?), I've decided to call the current render of the Project:Enhasa Academy "render 1.0", and make a new build, this time having walls that aren't just 2-d. Well, realistic is a good thing, right?
Anyways. Tell me whatcha' think, if you want, and how to make .skp files read-only, if you can. And... yeah, sorry for the gaps of nothing happening.

Calling all enthusiasts of the Project:Enhasa Academy modeling attempt!

Especially the one known as "TheSkies" and he who once declared himself to be a "Nonconformist"

Since I'm re-doing the Academy, and actually having walls that have DEPTH [slaps himself], unlike the 2-d "walls" in the current [ex-]model, Academy 1.0, which was almost complete...
I hereby release the crappy .skp file of this crappy render.

Are you aware of the lucid dream game project? Maybe ask if your model could be incorporated in that project, if you want.

I've had a look at it in 3d, and I got a feel for it that I couldn't get in pictures. It's looking pretty good, but making it structurally sound (real 3d walls), and adding texture will greatly improve it

Just to give you listener[s?] some perspective:

Now you look at that and tell me that this isn't going to be a pain in the you-know-what.

Oh, and there are a total of FOUR two-tier staircases like the one in the picture that I have to completely re-create with shallower steps.
