Thread: My Odd Lucid Dream

I've had many lucid dreams. Too many to count really. Last night was one of them. I was experimenting with Hypnagogia, those blobs of green and blue (and sometime geometric forms) one sees in the Theta brainwave state while deeply relaxed , right before sleep onset. I simply concentrated on the free form blobs as if they were clouds. Soon I was dreaming. I was on a wooden deck at night and saw chains coming down all around me. I looked up and, between the clouds , saw what appeared to be a UFO. I immediately thought is this Hypnagogia? This brief thought made me lucid . I did what I advise people not to do... I flew. This woke me up. Has anyone else here had a similar experience with Hypnagogia?
