      is this normal?

      Hey dreamviews,

I had 3 lucid dreams in a row last night which were all atleast 10mins long. They were one after the other so I'm assuming they were DEILD's. However the lucid dreams were extremely vivid. Now my question is this, when I had my first lucid dream during the night I got up did a random reality check and realised I was in a dream. Although for some reason I had a splitting headache, it felt as if I was suffering from a hangover. So what I don't understand is if it is normal to have such a splitting headache in a dream while lucid? Because I was having this headache and also was feeling dizzy (in the lucid dream) I questioned whether this was still a dream or whether It was reality.

Any thoughts and views will be much appreciated

Might have been dehydrated or had a headache for real, only you felt the effects in the dream. The dizzyness is normal, not all lucids are stable.

Yeah, I had a pretty bad headache in a lucid dream a couple nights ago. I woke up from the dream and had a massive hangover. If it happens again, try to ignore it and act as if you don't have a headache. If you don't actually have one, it will soon go away.

I see, thanks. It may have been a real headache like you say. Just goes to show how anything happening in real life can manifest itself into the dream world. Truly remarkable.

A couple nights ago, skipping over all the beginning stuff, my dream ended with a huge, cat sized spider nomnomnoming on my hand. I woke up with a shock only to find that I was on my arm to where it was numb. It's pretty cool how dreams interrupt things that are happening in waking life.
