yes, if you stand in front of a stage, you can do whatever you want, start off small in a dream, and get bigger |

Lucid Dreams can certainly help you simulate the experience of standing on a stage. If you feel nervous about it in your dreams you can learn to recognise that feeling, get comfortable with it for real life and ofcourse you can also practise the material you are performing with. You can also do this by simply trying to immagine the scenario of standing in front of an audience throughout the day and go to bed with the intention of living that. That way you are more likely to get that dream, and that will help you forward even if you don't attain lucidity =) |

So fly with me, Theres a whole sky to see, I am taking your mind with me, into Lucidity, flying in unity could be normality, what you perceive to be is your reality – Dub FX
I have actually read about stagefright as one of the things that lucid dreaming can be used to overcome. I once had a stagefright induced lucid dream, the night before I had to be in front of an audience. Unfortunately, I didn't take advantage of the opportunity, but decided to goof off instead. |

Yep, Stephen LaBerge's Exploring the world of lucid dreaming mentions you can use lucid dreaming to improve your life and overcome any situations you otherwise would not know how to react to being confrontations with people, your fears and anything else you can think of. |

At the fork in the road I turned left while everyone else turned right..
sure, if you're an experience lucid dreamer you can put yourself on a stage in front of thousands of DCs and practice. Something else you might want to try is living subjectively. When you're on the stage in the waking world, pretend that it is a dream. You might find a boost in confidence and courage. |
