If there's anything else today add, my suggestion is to try and balance out the left side with a little bit more info (the right side has the apple juice, the Zs, etc.). That is, if it makes it look better. Hahaha.

      Great job on the infographic!

Hot damn, thats awesome! I think it fits the look and feel of an infochart perfectly. I think on the left hand side where the curve touches the edge and makes an 'opening' needs to be closed off, but apart from that, it's brilliant

Thanks! But now that you mention it, the left side does seem... empty. I'll see what info I can fill it up with.

It was supposed to symbolize how you can wake up from a lucid, then stay awake (hence the opening), or decide to not move and enter SP, thus DEILDing. Maybe it should be clearer.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

      You have da skill.

The one thing that I don't like is that you have apple juice. But not things like b6 melatonin, mugwort, or anything like that. (not that you have them all. But b6 and melatonin should be used.)

B6 should definitely be on there...

But isn't melatonin used for inducing sleep, and not vividness? I took melatonin a few times and had poor recall those nights.

Yeah. But it still gets you to sleep. I dunno it's your chart. But if it was mine I'd add it.

It puts you to sleep and actualy inhibits REM early on but later in the night you get REM rebound from it. I wouldn't put it on there but I definitly would B6.
