      "A WTF was that" moment

      Well...Ill start off when I woke up

      Est:6:30am~

      I open my eyes, I roll-over to check the clock. T_T 6:30 time for school. I go to grab the upper bunk to do some "layingdown-pullups". Boom. I feel like I rolled out of my body
      like a SP to Dream transition. Almost instantly I enter some kind of trance like state, I cant really explain it, but I know for a FACT it was'nt SP. It lasts for about 2-3 minutes maybe, seemed longer cause I was a bit scared.

      Ill do my best in this paragraph to explain the feelling of the trance. Well to start off everything was blue, the most intense blue imagineable. There was also a extremely intense feeling of being ripped appart, lol. Now I know people who are most likely reading this are screaming in their heads: ITS SP!!!. No, no it was not Ive been through SP dozens of several times this WAS NOT SP.

      Weirder still, I woke with my eyes open O.e.

      Anyone have any idea what this was? Please reply

      Well.. I probally would have enjoyed it if It had'nt have happened so suddenly.

      I do rember there being a high frequency sound though almost like a sped up police siren.

      Nah.

      Jk. It's sleep paralysis. Weird "dreams" or "experiences" often occur in that trancelike state in between dreaming and awake as a result of SP and hypnagogic hallucinations. Some people like to connect this with OBEs, which involves rolling out of the body during SP, such as what you described. I've experienced similar things many many times, it is surely strange at first, but I'm sure you'll have plenty more experiences just like it. The high frequency sound without a doubt originates in SP, when the ears shut down to outside noises.
