Help! Seeing backs of my eye lids

I had 3 lucid dreams last night, they were all dild, I was in the same video game in all of them, and I just realized that I was dreaming because I was running around shooting aliens with rocket launchers.

But in all of them a couple of seconds. After I became lucid I went from seing my dream to seeing the back of my eyelids, and I could still kinda Se the dream in my head. Like when you imagine something.

The first two times I can't remember what I did but I know I tried to stabilize and stay calm. And the third time I tried dream spinning and it felt really cool but then I woke up. And it wasn't a false awakening.

Any tips on how to fix this?

Just deild when this happens, should be a breeze. All that happend was you coming out of the dream, they'll get longer with experience.

Just lay there without moving or opening your eyes and you should go into a different dream. And chances are it will be more vivid!

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride

Sometimes things just don't work out well no matter what you do. Don't worry about it, just keep trying and you will get it. As others have suggested, try DEILD'ing, though if you are lying there for a good 2 minutes or so, chances are either 1) You aren't going to be able to chain or 2) you are in a false awakening.

Anyway, keep at it and good luck!

I think you are either in Void, where you lose the dream but you don't wake up, so just try and picture you having a body, or try and conjure a dreamscape.
Or you may have woken from a dream, and remained in Sleep Paralysis, use this to your advantage, stay still (if you can move) and wait to enter another dream (takes about 1 minute at the most).
