I think this project is a great idea. Hopefully it works out for you. Depending on the workload and your interest, I could mentor you on the project. |

So I'm a high school senior and at our school we have a Senior Project course that allows us to choose our own topic and make a project about it. My project seeks to explore the assertion that "Lucid Dreaming Can be Used to Improve People's Lives". I'll eventually end up posting surveys for the general users and longer, more detailed interview questions for the more experienced. But for now, there are two things I need all you amazing LDers to help me on. |

A couple of books that you might include in your bibliography (and reading experience, too) are Man and His Symbols by Carl Jung, and The Lucid Dreamer, by Malcom Godwin. Jung's book isn't about LD'ing per se, but if you're doing a project on dreams, it is vital that you've at least glanced at his work -- and this title is probably the most receptive to glancing (most of his books are very difficult to read). |

Lucid dreaming has definitely helped improve my life, although in a somewhat indirect way. I actually wrote a college essay about it... Turns out the subject of how lucid dreaming changed my life works for almost any prompt. Anyway, if you're looking for a personal testimony, I'd be happy to help you. |

^^ Hidden, I think the book you're trying to remember is The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep, by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. If it's not, that's okay, because your post reminded me of it, and that I had forgotten to mention it above. |

hey there, i've been a natural lucid dreamer all my life would be happy to help if need be |
