Reading minds in a lucid dream?

Checking to see if anyone has tried this, because I'm interested in trying it myself in a future lucid. Has anyone tried reading the minds of dream characters? If so, what are they thinking about?

I don't think I've ever read a DC's mind successfully before...usually, I can't get anything as far as thoughts out of their heads. I can use my mind to control their thoughts and actions but the few times I have tried mind reading I didn't get anything.

And before anyone tries to ruin the thread with "You can't read DCs mind, they are not alive!" one can easily imagine a DC having thoughts, so it isn't anything supernatural/crazy to read their minds.

I do it a lot, needs me to touch the DC right now in order to do that though.

I created a tribe in my dreamscape.

It's fun looking at what there dreaming about when it's night time.

Sometimes I will just know what characters are thinking. I don't think I have ever consciously tried to do it. That sounds like a fun plan. Maybe I'll try it tonight.
