I was hoping someone could help me here; maybe some have techniques that aid them.
When I wake up from Lucid Dreams, I remain in a hyper-hypnagogic state, where I see images flashing and flickering, like I'm flipping through the Universal TV; and I hear all sorts of voices flashing through my mind.
In this state, I feel like I'm not in touch with reality, like I'm still half within a lucid dream. This makes me feel like I'm losing my mind, and that I have to hold on to reality. I feel like I'm bouncing through a matrix of infinite worlds, yet I'm mostly attached to this waking world. If I can fall back asleep, even for 30 minutes, I'll sleep off that feeling of drunken hypnagogic pseudo-psychosis.
Anyone else experience this, and do you have any advice on how to deal with the feeling of madness when coming out of a lucid dream?
