Just before I fall asleep I feel an energy come over me I can't move or talk but I can open my eyes my body feels heavy, it makes me scared, I can see everything around me as if I were awake but I can't be because it's almost like a hollucination example last night I was trying to fall asleep all of a sudden I feel the paralysing energy come over me I start to panic i look over to try to pick up the remote and at the end of my bed there was a man sitting playing a wooden recorder he was infront of my tv so I could only see his shadow I was obviously scared my eyes felt so heavy I managed to get the remote and then the energy lifted I was awake fully again and he wasn't there. Alot of things have happened like this but the man with the wooden recorder was strange it happens so much I am scared to sleep almost after this happens once or twice before I sleep,I sleep normally and have normal dreams
