No question, hands down EXPLORING the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge is the book you should get. Any other book you find on lucid dreaming will be based on his work anyways. |

Do you mean "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" ? |

If you can avoid getting lost in the belief system, Robert Bruce has some excellent books. Don't be afraid just because he has a more new-agey way of looking at things. The exercises he describes are very useful. I'm currently working through his 90 day program again. Viewed from a lucid dreaming perspective, the meditations are hugely helpful. He has great meditations to learn to direct your awareness, relax your body, silence your internal dialogue, and improve dream recall. If you have some experience with WILD, you can immediately see where his OBE separation tricks apply. |

Try this website to look for lucid dreaming books. The website is: Scribd.com |

I can recommend "Lucid dreaming - Gateway to the inner self by Robert Waggoner". If you believe in OBEs, "The secret of the soul" by William Buhlman and "Astral dynamics" by Robert Bruce. I think, that the last one is also downloadable online for free. |

I will third Robert Waggoner's book. I got in on my kindle and it provided a lot of motivation when i first started getting into it. |

A dreamer is one who can only find his way by moonlight, and his punishment is that he sees the dawn before the rest of the world.
-Oscar Wilde
I would pick up Lucid Dreams In 30 Days! They usually carry it at B&N. |

"Turn around and you will see. Life is like a roundabout. A kind of LSD."
I think I have the one from 1991, but don't know the difference between those two years. Sorry. |

"Lucid Dreaming Manual" by Marc VanDeKeere was really good |

"The problems of the world cannot be solved by skeptics and cynics whose horizons are limited by the obvious realities. We need men who can dream of things that never were." -JFK
I can second Robert Waggoner's book. Loved it. I have read all the rest mentioned and that is by far my favorite. |

If you want something other than all the spiritualistic nonsense, you should definitely read "Dreaming: An Introduction To The Science of Sleep" By J Allan Hobson. A fantastic book which provides a concise scientific explanation of the basics of sleep and dreaming. |
