When that week has passed, go on a wheat binge. eg: Cereal for breakfast, hotdogs on buns for lunch, pizza for supper... whatever wheat manufactured snacks you want...

You will know the effect then. It is like you have a brain fog.
Tried it for a week actually because one of my mates challenged me. F-ing sucks. I didn't experience anything different except a craving for a slice of pizza throughout the week.
