You can practice DILDs by just being aware of yourself and your surroundings. Here are some tutorials for it.

All Day Awareness by King Yoshi.
And an easier variation of ADA
Sporadic Awareness Technique by Puffin

Both of these were really helpful for me. I recommend doing Sporadic Awareness first for a little bit because It's a little bit easier than King Yoshi's method. But if you want to you can try both. They're very similar and it can only help.
