Not reality checking before doing something crazy

First off, I've had about 3 LDs a night for 7 straight nights, and last night I had about 5 LDS. It has been a crazy week.

Anyways, this isn't anything new that i've been doing, but a lot of times I won't RC before grabbing some random girl I know IRL and making out with her (making out in dreams is one of the best things ever). There's like this rush of not knowing whether I'm actually dreaming or not. Whenever I'm not totally sure, that usually means it's a dream, but there's still some doubt which just makes it way better.

Last night I actually put a revolver in my mouth and shot myself in the head before reality checking and it was pretty wild. I pulled the trigger and immediately woke up, it was a false awakening which made it feel totally real when I was in it.

Have any of you guys tried this?

WTF, start doing reality checks dude. Especially if you are shooting yourself in your dreams.

I do belive our judgement works diffirently in dreams than reality. If you shoot yourself without intent to die, you are either 1) very confused or 2) dreaming. One does not simply shoot himself in waking life.

yeah like I said, whenever I'm no sure that I'm dreaming that's usually a good indication that I am.

Sounds weird that you'd get a rush off shooting yourself and not knowing you'll wake up.

I know that rush of doing things in real life that seem crazy but end up being way cool. And kissing strangers (cute ones) can be a lot of fun!

Still, maybe it's time to do some RCs.

umm if your gonna shoot yourself please check before you end up and CNN and they try to tell everyone the dangers of Lucid Dreaming lol, becuz thats how the world works now they will always try and shut down free thinking
