everyone here knows about REM sleep, and the 4 stages of sleep that follow, right? well anyway my highschool starts at 7:30 but i usually wake up around 5:45(dont ask why). Well lets say if i get to bed at 11pm. i will not get into any vivid dreaming at all, it blows, you have to get around 8 hrs of sleep to get into REM, but for me its longer than 8 hrs because i can get that much sleep and still not get to the point where im like "Wow this looks like its real or realer than the wakingl life!" But i never vivid dream during the week at all stupid waking up early. but i havnt really got into REM sleep for a long time, which is bad. But if i get to bed around 10:30 my mind will make up for the lost hours of sleep and i will get into vivid dreaming but not REM. and since its not vivid dreaming i cant lucid dream , but when i do get lots of sleep i do lucid dream. any suggestions anyone? or should this have gone under sensless banter??? im serios too.
