      Visiting Dream Views is the best thing ever but...

      Besides getting lots of feed back into my lucid dreaming, I just wanted to say that coming into this website is quite motivational. It really keeps me going in so many ways.

      The only bad thing is that if I visit here I don't wanna go to sleep.

      Therefore to help my lucid dreams I've decided not to visit before going to sleep... just all through out the day would be best.

      Does visiting this site before you go to bed affect you in any way?

      I read the Free-Falling WILD technique and attempted it. I don't think I did it perfectly but became lucid to my surprise. I had a false awakening in my dream and I instantly knew I was dreaming I don't know how. I didn't even how to do a Reality Check.

      Yup, in a positive way. When I got into my first lucids, I was very surprised, how much of what I have read here on DV I remembered in my dreams. So it pays to read and re-read the tutorials and posts.

      I used the phrase "Task of the Month!" repeated over and over in a lucid dream last night and it help me stabilize the dream. I find myself thinking about the forum a lot, including in dreams, and I think it may become a new dream sign.

      Yesterday I tried many techniques like counting numbers imagining free falls or walking through the house it was all in my head and I litterly felt that I was leaving my own body :O got few dreams at night non was lucid they were short and I really can't recal any of them :/

      It just occurred to me... maybe next time I'm sleep walking I can just sit on the computer and read DreamViews. Now that would be interesting.
