Sometimes RCs fail. That's why is good to do more than one or two. Happy dreams |

Some time ago, I had a dream, where really weird things happened, so I did some reality checks. I looked at my hands, but I had 5 fingers, just as usual. Then I tried to stick my other hand trough my palm, but it didn't went trough. So I fought I'm not dreaming. Is it possible, that I did the reality checks in the real world so often, that my brain learned what happens when I do the checks, and carried that knowledge to my dreams? |

At that point it's probably a good idea to look around and try to find dream signs, things you might recognize in a dream that help you remember it's not the real world. |

As Van Halen said 'Jump!' Dream gravity makes me lucid. |

Whenever you do a reality check, you need to expect there to be something strange. When you look at your hands just expect there will be more than 5 fingers. Believe that you actually can put your finger through your palm. Then look around and ask yourself if you are dreaming. Don't just do reality checks without thinking about it (like a habit) that is probably what you were doing wrong. You need to be more aware doing the RCs. Good luck and welcome to Dreamviews. |
